Instructions for using both products together.  Use 1 or 2 applications of both the cream and spray each day. Where a very aggressive approach is needed please use twice daily.  To use the spray, simply apply one spray under the tongue. Do NOT do this 15 minutes before or after you eat to ensure the formula is absorbed through the tongue tissue without obstacle. To use the cream, apply 1 gentle pump via the dispensing mechanism directly to the skin and rub in gently.
